Dr. Horan brings a level of competency and caring not experienced by me. Thank You!!I would very highly recommend Dr. Horan and Reasonance Audiology to who anyone needs assistance with hearing.

I had been having some trouble hearing. Dr. Horan gave me a thorough hearing test and explained the extent of my hearing loss. He then allowed me to "test-drive" a hearing aid that was programmed to compensate exactly for my problem. After a week, I decided that I am not quite ready for hearing aids yet, but when the time comes, I will definitely get them from Dr. Horan. Throughout the process, Dr. Horan was courteous and friendly. I highly recommend Resonance Audiology!

Had problems recently and they were handled expeditiously. The Horan's and their staff always are responsive to any problem. Easily is a five star business.

Everyone I have dealt with is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Several adjustments have been needed, and those adjustments have gone well. So glad I chose this office .

(1) emergency repair of broken wire on over-the ear hearing aid(2) needed new battery supply, earwax guards, and tips for hearing aids(3) quick response to come by for service items above and prompt help was given

Dr. Zoe is very personable, professional, and explanations are readily given on how to prevent your hearing from deteriorating. Deals with Medicare and financing of the hearing aides. I would highly recommend Dr. Zoe.

The attention I received from Doctor Horan was excellent. He noticed some concerns about how my hearing aids were sitting in my ear and made adjustments that increased their comfort level. Additionally, the adjustments to the programs was very helpful.

It’s always a fun visit when we see Dr Ryan or Dr Zoe for our hearing consults. Jodie greets us with a friendly smile and hello and I personally look forward to her candy treats in the waiting room!! Dr Ryan spends the time listening to our issues and takes care of any problems we may have. He is very knowledgeable in his field and we feel confident when we leave that he has done everything possible to treat our issues.
