Dr. Maria Brouse’s experience in various clinical settings has given her the expertise and skills necessary for the highest level of hearing health care for the hearing impaired.
Maria holds a bachelor’s degree from Juniata College, a master’s degree from Bloomsburg University, and a doctor of clinical audiology degree from Salus University. Dr. Brouse has been practicing audiology since 2002. Dr. Brouse’s experience in various clinical settings has given her the expertise and skills necessary for the highest level of hearing health care for the hearing impaired. She is a member of the American Academy of Audiology and the Pennsylvania Academy of Audiology.
Dr. Brouse is also an AAA scholar and is dedicated to keeping current with technology and diagnostics to give the best care for the hearing impaired. Her own experience with unilateral hearing loss helps her better understand the challenges her patients face.

Jodi graduated from Pequea Valley High School and has taken various college courses. She has served on the Lancaster Practice Managers Association (LPMA) Board from 2010-2016. She has worked in the audiology field for 18 years and enjoys helping people regain the joy of hearing the sounds of life.

Rose Sauder
Office Manager
Rose will be the one to welcome you to Resonance Audiology when you arrive. She is very loyal to the profession of better hearing and goes the extra step to ensure each patient receives the care and attention they need. As the Office Manager, she enjoys the process of keeping the office running smoothly.
She graduated from Lancaster Mennonite School and Hesston College. Prior to working at Resonance Audiology, she worked at a local otolaryngology office. Rose and her husband, John, live in Leola. They have two married daughters.
Her favorite activities include traveling – her happy place is someplace warm and sunny – hiking and spending time with family.
Lisa Groff
Patient Care Coordinator
Lisa has been with the practice since July 2019 after 17 years of driving school bus for Garden Spot school district and 4 years of manufacturing work. She loves talking with people and looks forward to assisting patients with their hearing needs.
Specializes in: managing the schedule, basic hearing aid troubleshooting, assisting audiologists with patient care
Hobbies: enjoys spending time with husband and her three children and her puppy, Tito. Spending time by herself with a good novel or movie. She also enjoys visiting her cabin in Lycoming county or camping in Delaware in the summer.

Dr. Ryan Horan is a native of Lancaster County and graduated from Manheim Township in 1999.
